Is this actually custom, or just a template with my name on it?

Actually custom. I personally go through your photos, training history, and weak points every single time. Nothing gets copy-pasted between clients. Every exercise, rep range, and volume choice in your program is there because of something specific to you.

If it's actually custom, why is it only $35?

Because there's no team, no office, and no ad budget baked into the price. It's just me building programs. The big sites charge $200+ for the same thing because they can. I'd rather charge less, get a bunch of guys real results, and let those results do the talking.

How does the 30-day guarantee actually work?

Train for 30 days and log your sessions in Hevy or Strong. If you genuinely put in the work and saw nothing, send me the logs and I'll refund you in full. You keep the program either way. The only thing I ask is that it's a real attempt, not "I tried it once and quit."

What happens if a lift stalls?

That's literally what the check-ins are for. Send your logs, and I'll look at what's going on and adjust: different rep ranges, exercise swaps, more or less volume, whatever it needs. Already covered in your $35, no extra charge.

How fast will I actually see something happen?

Most guys feel stronger within 2-3 weeks, and start seeing visible changes around the 6-8 week mark if they're training consistently and eating enough to grow. Muscle just takes time, and the point of the program is making sure every week of that time actually counts.

What if I don't have a full gym?
